The Spider and the Fly app for iPhone and iPad

The Spider and the Fly is a Christian app illustrating the opposing sides of man’s battle with good and evil by using two contrasting children’s stories. A hardbound book version of this product is also available.

Combining powerful poetic rhyme with Ty Harmon’s fun illustrations, this childrens project presents a message of warning through Mary Howitt’s classic cautionary tale of "The Spider and the Fly." Readers will gain a better understanding of the power, influence, and methods the Spider (the Devil) uses to lure the Fly (us) into his dangerous web. In contrast, M. Andrew Smith’s invitational tale, "The Lion and the Lamb", teaches how God (the Lion) lovingly invites us into His Kingdom. The app provides a fun and creative way to teach these essential doctrinal principles on a level that can be understood at any age.
